The client contacted us and reported a water infiltration issue. In response, a thorough inspection was conducted, including cutting a section of the ceiling to identify the root of the problem. After determining the cause, it was decided to proceed with the removal of the affected areas, both in the roof (rear part) and the ceiling (internal part), as well as two walls. These areas will be replaced with new high-quality structures, including a new roof, walls, and ceiling, culminating in finishes that meet our standards of excellence.
